1st Official Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Training: A GLAD/CODIE-Based Training Manual for Deaf Community-not limit to Riverside but the county of Los Angeles were developed to help community advocates identify their consumers affected by domestic abuse. In addition to the chapters to add the dynamics of domestic violence & sexual assault, overcoming rural barriers, and utilizing community resources, it contains information specific to the effects of domestic violence & sexual assault on those with abuse problems and important information on the interaction between domestic violence & sexual assault. The heart of the manual teaches professionals to spot the signs of abuse, how to ask a potential victim about abuse, and how to assist victims with special services by having a wonderful guest, Marilyn Smith, Founder of ADWAS (Abused Deaf Women's Advovacy Services) Presented by Gloria Moriarty, Soohyun Tak, Pauline Gaeta, Jennifer Williams Stuessy

Fulfilled of fun, Fun and FUN- building a gingerbread houses, crafts, ASL Storytelling of "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas", and lastly, each child given a gift/or the gift card from Amazing Deaf Santa!
