For California to achieve its long-term goals in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and becoming a zero-carbon emission state, the trend to produce more electricity from renewable resources must continue. Californians must shift practices and behaviors to better manage electricity and determine how best to manage electricity use in their homes and places of business.
