As an Alabama native, Raven will share her journey and experiences as the former NBDA Youth Empowerment Summit (Y.E.S!) 2011-2013. Inviting all Black Deaf and Hard of Hearing Youth ages 13-18 to join in the dialogue and learn how you can participate in the Y.E.S! this summer August 8-13, 2023 taking place in coincide with the 30th NBDA National Conference in one of the most historic cities in the U.S., Birmingham Alabama. www.nbda.org/alabama.
