[Transcript : Hello, we have an exciting announcement from Riverside University Health System regarding a change (promo) in the amount of the gift card for taking the ASL survey. Previously, participants would receive a $25 e-Gift Card, but it has been increased to a $100 e-gift card. We would like to encourage you to take the ASL survey to receive the $100 e-gift card. We have the QR code at the front desk so that you can screenshot, and you can ask the CODIE front desk for the password so you can complete the survey. Upon completion, you will receive the $100 gift card. For those who are unable to visit CODIE, we have made it possible for you to take the ASL survey online. Simply visit www.codie.org/wellness and click on the ASL survey online. The purpose of collecting the ASL survey is to enhance mental health services for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Late Deafened communities in Riverside County.
