Protocols when leaving your home
It’s important to follow protocols when leaving your home. Wear a jacket with long sleeves or shirt with long sleeves when you leave your home. Tie your hair, don’t wear jewelry, makeup or facial cream. You will touch your face less without jewelry, makeup or facial cream. If you have a mask, put it on just before you leave. Try not to use public transportation. If you take your pet, try to avoid him/her brushing against surfaces. Take disposable tissues, use them to cover your fingers when you touch surfaces. Crunch up your tissue, place it in a bag, close the bag then dispose of it. If you cough or sneeze, don’t do it in your hands or the air. do it into your elbow. Try not to use cash, if you do, disinfect your hands or wash your hands. Wash your hands after touching any object or use hand sanitizer. Wash your hands for 20 seconds. Do not touch your face until you have clean hands. Practice Social Distancing at 6 feet. Alright!
