Beginning May 1, residents in unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County and the City of Big Bear Lake can receive additional financial support through the Pet Over Population Coalition (POPCO) for spay and neuter services!
Additionally, San Bernardino County Animal Care will be allocating funding for vouchers for spaying and neutering unowned community cats.
