All WIC sites are closed to the public until further notice. We are remotely (over the phone) serving to all consumers. Our WIC Call Center is experiencing a high volume of calls. Please stay on the line and someone will be with you soon as possible. If you are having difficulty getting through to the line, please try calling again. You can call WIC Call Center at 800-852-5770. If you have an appointment with WIC, please keep the appointment and make a call during your appointment date. WIC is no longer mailing out vouchers. They will mail out the California WIC Card. When you get WIC Card, you need to do these followings: watch the WIC Card video at www.myfamily.wic.ca.gov, complete your Nutrition Education online at www.rivhero.com and download the WIC app via Google Play or the App Store.
