Castlewood Terrace II, an apartment complex designed for person who are 62 years of age or older,
located in Granada Hills, CA. Facilities like Castlewood Terrace II have been attractive additions to their
communities and popular residences for those who may otherwise have difficulties in obtaining
appropriate living situations. This housing is offered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender,
gender identity and expression, family status, national origin, marital status, ancestry, age, sexual
orientation, disability, source of income, genetic information, arbitrary characteristics, or any other basis
prohibited by law.
Castlewood Terrace II is a 4-story elevator building with 90 one-bedroom apartments. Laundry rooms
have front loading washer and dryers available. Accessible Units are available at the property with
features such as accessible kitchen/bathroom counters, grab bars, audible and visual smoke and carbon
monoxide alarms. Potential applicants may contact the office through the methods listed below if they
should have questions regarding accessible features. Residents pay their electricity, telephone, and cable.
A utility allowance is deducted from residents’ monthly rent to assist with electric expenses.
Water/Sewer and trash services are included in the rent. The amount of rent paid by an eligible resident is
determined by his or her income. Residents will pay 30% of their adjusted gross income.

91344, to request a Lottery Intake Form or with any questions. Intake forms must be returned to
our office no later than Friday, 3/13/2020. 35 applicants will be selected by Lottery on Tuesday,
3/17/2020. Applicants/Residents have the right to ask for and receive reasonable accommodations and
physical modifications, including the right to ask for communications in alternative formats and for
